I'm just throwing an idea at you :P
Where you could like buy rights to make special messages in one of the forums?
Like example in the Random games forum it would cost like +1000 bbs points to get rights to make an Important: Or Update: Sticky thing

Yea great idea, i should do that and maybe even allow people to buy like sparkly badges
